'Sydney'

I loved the 6 cornered star in the middle, I made a few of these to decorate a birthday card for my twin grand-daughters 4th birthday. The pattern's varied stitches were fun to do. I have made 2 and I'm thinking of making 4 more to be place mats as the squares are a suitable size.

Simply beautiful

I took the opportunity during the lockdown to use some of my stash of yarn. Looking for a pattern I saw Sydney but thought it was a bit difficult for a first timer making a blanket. To my surprise the pattern was easy and worked up quickly. In no time I had 9 completed.

It has given me the confident to join the next CAL once I can get yarn. I live in Barbados and all my yarn has to come from overseas the variety here is very limited, I’m working up the Greg CAL now.

Pleased as punched with my work and your patterns are awesome.
