Fantastic pattern

I love absolutely everything Shelley designs. There is something very satisfying about her pattens. You just know they will work well and turn out the same as the illustrations. Her instructions are clear and easy to understand. Just wonderful.

As always, a well-written pattern, making following straightforward. Thank you, Shelley.

I tried the pattern first in wool, but the stitch definition wasn’t good. I'm sure it will present much better in cotton. I'm trying to use up my enormous stash of wool - half a lifetime's collection, - so am using the old tried and tested patterns till I make some impression on the boxes and boxes of stored wool. Thank goodness wool doesn't have a use-by date!
